General Info:
- Correction levels: 500 volts - 4820 volts
- Battery will last 3-5 years
- Battery can be replaced by removing four corner screws and removing cap
- Up to 40 continuos hours operation on one charge
- Must be charged for 24 hours before first use (after product is first opened, only has to be done once)
- Will charge in 12 hours or less
- Battery will not hold a memory (e.g. you can recharge the battery if it is only partially drained)
- Receiver will hold a programming memory even if battery is drained completely or battery is removed
- Light will flash once every second while unit is turned on
- Light will flash once every four seconds to indicate a low battery
- Collar Receiver must be programmed to Remote Transmitter before first use
- To Program Collar Receiver to Remote Transmitter: Verify the receiver is turned off (LED is not flashing). Reset the receiver by pressing and holding the on/off button on the receiver until the LED turns off. This will take 5-6 seconds. If the button is released too early, the LED will begin flashing. If this occurs, then turn the receiver off and redo the instructions above. After the receiver LED has turned off, release the on/off button and press and hold the upper, black button on the transmitter until the receiver LED blinks five (5) times. You may need to hold the receiver and transmitter 2-3 feet away from each other before this occurs. Once the LED blinks five (5) times, then the receiver has been reset. If the receiver does not respond (lighting of the LED when a button is pressed), then repeat the process.
